【优质服务合同续期公示】安全委托管理服务项目

安全委托管理服务项目（SUSTech-2017-162）进行优质服务合同续期1年，服务内容及费用保持不变。根据相关规定，现将有关情况进行公示。

项目描述：
我校于2017年10月份进行了安全委托管理服务项目的公开招标，项目预算金额200,000.00元，深圳市警铃通安保运营有限公司中标，中标金额为170,000.00元，合同编号为2017-2150，现合同将于2018年10月31日到期。

服务内容：
1、负责定期组织安全检查，每周组织一次实验室安全抽查（乙方需安排2名以上国家注册安全工程师参与），每个月组织一次全校实验室安全大检查（乙方需安排2名以上国家注册安全工程师参与），对检查中发现的安全隐患，提出整改意见，并协助学校解决；建立实验室安全检查台账和学校安全检查台账，每月更新并提供给甲方。
2、建立学校安全管理体系，包含实验室安全、消防安全、大型仪器设备安全等方面上若发现问题应当给予建议与指导，为甲方提供改进方案。
3、协助学校建设危险品库房和剧毒化学品仓库，提供相应评估报告（需2名或以上国家安全评价师提供相应评价报告），协助学校危险品管理平台的建设和管理；
4、规范实验室高压气瓶等特种设备的使用、存放管理，协助学校建立全校特
种设备管理台账；
5、协助学校规范危险化学品的使用、储存管理以及危险废弃物的处置管理；
6、协助学校完成剧毒品的备案工作等。
7、提供法律法规、技术标准、专业资料和国内外最新安全信息。
8、协助学校完成实验室建设、改造前的安全评估工作。

续约理由：
深圳市警铃通安保运营有限公司严格按照合同认真履约，定期安排专职人员进行安全检查，组织各项安全演练，总体评价优秀，拟申请合同续约一年。

公示时间：自发布之日起公示三日。
