八、研究开发经费、报酬及其支付方式

（1）首期款：2025年9月30日前支付人民币58,500元整（含税）（大写：伍万捌仟伍佰元整）。

（2）二期款：2025年12月31日前，甲方支付剩余人民币136,500元整（含税）（大写：壹拾叁万陆仟伍佰元整）。

（3）乙方应当在甲方每次付款前7个工作日以前，向甲方提供合法、足额且符合甲方要求的发票，否则，甲方有权顺延支付的期限且不构成违约。如甲方收到发票7个工作日内，未向乙方按约定完成付款，乙方有权将该发票作废处理。

十八、本合同一式拾份，甲方执伍份，乙方执伍份，具有同等法律效力，经双方法定代表人或授权代表签章并加盖公章之日起生效。
