依照《深圳经济特区政府采购条例》第二十条规定情形，十周年校庆大会会场内外布置和设备租赁服务采购项目采用竞争性谈判方式采购，为保证本次采购活动的公平、公正、公开，现对上述事项进行公示。

二、采购项目描述

南方科技大学10周年校庆庆祝大会拟于2020年12月20日上午在南方科技大学润杨体育馆举办，典礼时长约为一天，预计参加人数1000人次。本次服务范围和内容包括物料配置、舞台搭建、舞美设计、灯光音响租赁、摄影摄像、外场装饰布置、活动执行等。

四、申请理由及相关说明

南方科技大学校庆大会将于2020年12月20日上午举行。由于此项活动为十周年校庆活动重要庆典，参会人员规模较大，有重要嘉宾出席，宣传范围广。因此，对本次活动的会场布置及设备等相关要求较为严格、标准较高、专业性较强，且本项目的工作内容较为个性化、准备时间短、工作进度紧，细节要求复杂。

深圳市亚瑟文化传播有限公司团队曾对南方科技大学开学典礼及毕业季校园装饰进行服务，为北京大学汇丰商学院15周年庆典和哈尔滨工业大学毕业典礼提供服务，对高校办会流程和方案需求较熟悉。也曾服务深圳市外事办、组织部及宝安区组织部各类会务活动，公司有大型会务组织策划统筹能力。

深圳市趣未文化传媒有限公司曾担过南方科技大学毕业典礼、教师节表彰大会、南科大祖国颂大合唱交响乐音乐会此类会务服务，具有提供优质服务的能力；曾为香港中文大学、南方科技大学附属中学、南方科技大学医院、深圳市免税集团、深圳市工堪集团提供过此类服务，经验丰富，实力较强。

此三家供应商均有承办众多大型会议活动的丰富经验，专业程度高，均与我校有过合作，各岗位专业人员齐全、沟通协调能力和履约能力强。故申请邀请深圳市亚瑟文化传播有限公司、鼎翰传媒（深圳）有限公司、深圳市趣未文化传媒有限公司，三家供应商以竞争性谈判形式开展招标采购。
