依照《深圳经济特区政府采购条例》第二十一条第四款规定情形，南方科技大学招聘管理系统与人才测评系统一体化服务项目采用单一来源方式采购，为保证本次采购活动的公平、公正、公开，现对上述事项进行公示。

  • 采购项目描述

采购内容：

1、招聘管理系统：包含招聘管理系统、面试官工作台账号、叫号系统等模块。

招聘管理系统：招聘业务全线上化、实现信息化无纸办公。主要包含：渠道统一管理、候选人简历一站式管理、简历入库后自动解析成自定义标准格式简历，通过自定义招聘流程，实现HR批量发通知、邮件、短信，面试安排等；真正解放HR双手，提升招聘效率；同时建立南方科大学人才库资源，可实现对人才库资源进行吸引、邀请更新/投递简历、盘活，建立南方科技大学人才供应体系。

面试官工作台：提升面试官面试体验、移动办公，省去了以往需要打印大量的纸质文件给面试官。面试官可通过移动终端实现查看候选人资料、面试打分、评价、审批等；更为重要的是面试官可通过面试官工作台来统一筛选简历，既解决了HR线下操作繁琐、容易出错的问题，更是提升面试官体验、提高面试效率。

叫号系统：（1）便捷帮助HR和面试官实时掌握面试现场，促进面试现场协同，把HR和面试官从繁重的工作中解放出来，面试官和HR的满意度高达98%。（2）充分提高面试的工作效率，可实现面试签到、排队叫号（候选人知晓排队等候时间、系统自动排队叫号）、HR后台监控面试现场进展实况，完整覆盖招聘过程高效面试。

2、人才测评系统：包含在线测评中心、数据洞察服务、一页纸《综合面试评价报告》等内容。

在线测评中心：提供自适应计算机认知能力测评（CATA）、员工心理风险因素评估、岗位胜任力测评等测评工具，帮助南方科技大学在招聘中快速、高效、精准、多角度筛选候选人，规避用人风险。全场景人才评估，实现数字化人才管理。A、体系化，落地南科大多层级、多岗位的人才标准，通过在线测评、面试、知识考核、无领导小组等多种方法全面考察人才。B、数字化，将入职、培训、考核、晋升过程中的多样数据汇总成个人画像，进一步可生成团队画像、群体画像、组织画像。

数据洞察服务：A、洞悉招聘流程筛选率，分析招聘漏斗，提升每个招聘环节的有效性。B、按照人口学指标分析指标的有效性，精准锚定候选人，提升招聘转化率。C、汇总通过人员测评的有效数据分析录用人才特征，提炼有效能力素质指标、优化CATA测评分数区间，持续优化用人标准，提升招聘质量。

一页纸《综合面试评价报告》：将线上CATA、心理风险、胜任力测评数据及线下面试、无领导小组讨论面试结论及总分汇总到一份定制化的《综合面试评价报告》中。所有面试者只需要一份简历和一份《综合面试评价报告》就可以全面反映面试者的所有面试信息。实现面试无纸化、留档省空间、信息易查询的功能。

7、 通过测评中心实现，多测评活动统一管理。作答过程可监控，结果可管理。

8、 并将线上、线下多轮面试环节的信息整合到一起，形成个人一页纸报告，方便查阅、数据分析、档案留存。

通过上述8个方面，实现招聘工作科技化，使面试者面试体验更加优质，全流程时效大幅提升，信息流畅安全易回溯，报告和分析实时可查询，活动在线交付可留存。

后期可以通过数据回溯优化人才标准，并通过面试官培训将标准统一到面试的各个环节，持续优化招聘工作。
