依照《深圳经济特区政府采购条例》第二十四条规定情形，网络信息中心智能监控设备采购项目采用跟标方式采购，为保证本次采购活动的公平、公正、公开，现对上述事项进行公示。

（一）项目名称

（二）采购项目描述

采购内容：截至到现在，南科大全校范围分布了200多个弱电间。最近几年，由于学校内工程建设项目较多，出现过多次弱电间非法入侵及弱电间非法使用的情况，这给信息化维护带来了很多实际的困难。弱电间的维护以人工巡检为主，受限于巡检工作量较大（几个人最快都要一周才能巡检完）和巡检周期（每月巡检一次），很多问题不能及时发现和快速解决。为了有效减少不必要的人力资源浪费，做到实时、自动预警功能，在2017年已启用了汇聚机房的监控系统，2018年启用了校前区为主的100个弱电间智能监控系统。本项目通过在每个弱电间中放置一个状态采集设备，自动上报弱电间的实时状态，弱电间管理者可以远程实时掌握弱电间的状态信息，降低弱电间维护的人工作量，缩短问题发现到处理的时间。本次项目计划完成其余101弱电间智能监控系统设备安装（分别为慧园37台、创园47台、欣园17台），同时提供10套设备用于日常备用及紧急维修更换。本项目单价为2018年采购单价4380.00元，总预算为486180元。
