依照《深圳经济特区政府采购条例》第二十一条第四款规定情形，线上大学外语训练与测试平台项目采用单一来源方式采购，为保证本次采购活动的公平、公正、公开，现对上述事项进行公示。

采购项目名称：线上大学外语训练与测试平台采购项目

（二）采购项目描述

采购内容：语言中心拟申请采购一套线上大学外语训练与测试平台，全校学生都可通过个人账号登录平台进行各类外语训练和测试，可由学生自主选择题库进行训练，也可由老师设置固定题目组织考试，支持在线出题、组卷、审卷、考试、监考、阅卷以及成绩统计分析和归档等全流程的考务工作。学生可以在成绩报告中查看个人答题详情和参考答案解析。教师可以查看各分数段得分统计、难度、干扰度在内的项目分析，并且一键导出；全校考试可导出试卷包、答卷、成绩，便于学校老师归档。平台可从网页客户端和移动客户端登录，平台内包括大学英语四六级题库、雅思题库、柯林斯雅思题库、托福专项题库、大学英语教材配套题库。平台和题库均可无限期使用。

（四）申请理由及相关说明

理由及说明：据调查了解，iTEST是国内同类大学英语测试平台中:唯一提供专业考试数据统计分析的测试平台，唯一将测试、教学与科研相结合的测试平台，首个题库经过专业预测调整的测试平台，首个全真模拟大学英语四级网考的测试平台。
