商学院全球案例发现系统单一来源采购项目

依照《深圳经济特区政府采购条例》第二十一条规定情形，商学院全球案例发现系统采购项目采用单一来源方式采购，为保证本次采购活动的公平、公正、公开，现对上述事项进行公示。

 

一、项目名称

采购项目名称：商学院全球案例发现系统单一来源采购项目

 

二、采购项目描述

全球案例发现系统工商管理专业类三个子库：《中国工商管理案例库》、《工商管理案例素材库》《全球工商管理案例在线》的校内远程访问权限，将学校的IP地址全部加入后台管理系统，并根据学校需求开通一定数量可用于校外访问的教师账号。

提供资源数量：《中国工商管理案例库》至少1000篇标准案例；《工商管理案例素材库》素材文章至少120000篇；《全球工商管理案例在线》案例索引信息不少于30000条。

每年邀请专业老师来校举办案例示范课，交流案例开发以及案例教学相关内容，并支持学院的案例开发和案例教学工作。

供应商全称： 北京华图新天科技有限公司

 

四、申请理由及相关说明

《中国工商管理案例库》始建之初主要收录了清华大学经济管理学院中国工商管理案例中心投入巨资开发的高质量案例全文，每一篇案例都严格按照哈佛标准研发并经过课堂的长期检验验证。目前，该子库案例已囊括经济管理领域的创业与创新、会计与控制、金融、人力资源、商业环境和社会责任、信息管理与电子商务、市场营销管理等13个学科门类；并且，案例库中还有以下特点：

1.全国唯一一家公司授权收录清华大学经管学院案例，整合清华大学经济管理学院的案例教学资源，标准案例，使用方便。

2.全国唯一一个平台将案例、案例素材、海外案例检索整合为一体，为案例教学、案例研究、案例开发提供强有力的支持。

3.数据库中的教学案例全文库及其教学指导，每一篇教学案例都很详尽，唯一编号、唯一来源。

4.国内第一家联合清华经管学院等机构每年举办2期案例写作和教学培训班，收录国内优质案例，以及全国案例共享平台。

5.通过引进此数据库，将进一步与清华大学案例中心合作，开发更加适合于我校教学使用本土化案例。

6.该系统是北京华图新天科技有限公司研究开发的，具有其独一版权。

综上所述，本项目申请以单一来源方式采购。
