重要通知

关于缴纳“年度投标保证金”的通知

各投标人：

为简化投标保证金缴退手续。现就缴纳南方科技大学年度投标保证金有关事项通知如下：

一、年度保证金额度：小写¥20,000.00元（大写：人民币贰万元整）（不计息）

（2018年度校内修缮工程预选供应商库成员无需重复缴纳年度投标保证金）

二、保证金有效期限：到账之日起至2018年12月31日。

（保证金到期投标人如不递交退还申请则自动续期一年）

三、收款账户：

户名：南方科技大学

账号：8110301013200282614

开户银行：中信银行深圳分行营业部

备注：年度投标保证金

（仅接受从投标人基本账户以银行转账方式缴款）

四、操作流程

1.投标人按要求从基本账户以银行转账方式缴款至收款账户；

2.投标人发送字迹清晰的投标保证金缴纳凭证截图和开户许可证扫描件至招标办公室投标保证金邮箱申请备案：

邮箱地址：toubbzj@sustech.edu.cn

邮件主题：投标人名称（与营业执照一致）+年度投标保证金

3. 待收到邮件回复“同意备案”后递交营业执照复印件（加盖公章）、开户许可证复印件（加盖公章）和投标保证金缴纳凭证复印件（加盖公章）至南方科技大学创园4栋203招标办公室投标报名处完成备案。

五、退还投标保证金

1.未中标投标人的投标保证金，中标通知书发出后无息退还。

2.中标人的投标保证金，采购合同签订后无息退还。

3.受理退还投标保证金时间：每星期三上午9:00至12:00、下午14:00至17:00（节假日顺延到下一个星期三），其他时间不予办理。

4.受理退还投标保证金地点：南方科技大学创园4栋201办公室。

六、不予退还投标保证金的情况

1.投标人已递交投标书，并在投标截止时间之后，撤销投标的；

2.中标人无正当理由未在规定期限内签订合同的；

3.投标人提供虚假投标文件或虚假澄清补充文件的；

4.在招标期间采用不正当手段影响评标结果或谋取中标的；

5.法律法规和招标文件中规定的其他情形。

七、年度投标保证金为自愿缴纳原则。缴纳年度投标保证金的投标人无需对所投项目单独缴纳投标保证金。
